Important Event Information

The HR Leadership & Management Awards 2021 ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 18th, as a Hybrid Event.

A hybrid event means that it will take two forms:

  1. A live in-person event which is where we will have a physical ceremony in the Clontarf Castle Hotel, Dublin.

 

Plus

  1.  A digital event which will be streamed live from the venue for those who prefer to watch the event remotely.

About Attending the Live Event

Guests who are attending the in-person live event will need to know the following:

*We ask all in-person attendees to arrive at 7pm sharp so that we can register your attendance. *

We would like all guests to be there a little earlier than usual as welcoming them may take a while longer because we will run the event under the Clontarf Castle’s, the venue, guidelines which in turn are in-step with the latest Government requirements.

Dress code for the live awards is Black-Tie.

Guests who have any special dietary requirements will need to let us know as soon as possible so that we can facilitate their request.

COVID-19 policies & procedures

 

The Clontarf Castle has asked that we convey the following information to all our live attendees.

‘The health and safety* of all attendees, event staff, and venue staff, is of the upmost importance. In compliance with government’s protocols for safe indoor events, the following will apply.

  • All attendees are required to have:

  1. Proof of ID, e.g., a valid passport or a current Irish driving licence.

  2. Proof of vaccination, e.g., an EU Digital COVID Certificate (COVID-19 pass), HSE Vaccination Card, NHS Vaccination Card.

  3. Or a recovery certificate to confirm that you have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months.

A negative COVID-19 test result will not be accepted.

The venue only accepts valid proof of immunity.

  • Food and Beverage will be available by table service only.

  • All guests will be required to go to their tables on arrival, as assisted by venue staff.

  • Each table will be limited to 10 seats.

  • Sanitising stations will be widely available throughout the venue, and we ask all attendees to use hand sanitiser upon entry and throughout the event.

  • The venue will place extensive COVID-19 safety signage throughout, and you are asked to observe same and comply.

  • Face masks (covering nose & mouth) must be worn when not seated or eating/drinking.

  • For contact tracing purposes, the HR Leadership & Management Awards is required to retain the names and contact details of all delegates for 28 days.’

 

* Health and safety protocols may change at the edict of the Government of Ireland.

Confirmation of Bookings and Guestlists

 

All bookings must be paid in advance of the event.

All attendees are required to submit guest details for those attending the live event and for those who will be guests viewing remotely.

Guestlist Forms are issued by our Event Team and all details must be submitted within our strict deadlines.

Photographs from the Live Event will be available in the days following the Awards on the ‘Winners’ page of the Awards’ website.

About Attending the Digital Event

Digital guests will watch the awards as a live stream online with the virtual event platform opening at 9pm.

They will access the stream through a secure link that we provide for each of your guests.

We will email them the link 48 hrs in advance on the event.

When online they will be able to engage with other viewers through chat and network.

All digital guests are required to submit a Guest List Form. For further details, see the 'Confirmation of Bookings & Guestlists' section above.
