This award will recognise the organisation that demonstrates how its HR function has played a pivotal role in driving business growth. Judges will be looking for clear evidence that HR initiatives have contributed strategically and measurably to organisational development and success. Entries should reflect a forward-thinking, aligned HR strategy that has had a direct and lasting impact on areas such as workforce expansion, talent development, cultural transformation, operational efficiency, or market competitiveness.
- Organisation Background: Provide a brief overview of your organisation’s size, industry, structure, and growth trajectory. This should set the context for how HR has contributed to business performance.
- Strategy Overview: Outline the objectives of your HR Business Growth Strategy. Explain how it was developed, who was involved, and how it links to and supports your wider business goals.
- HR Initiatives & Talent Development: Detail the specific HR initiatives implemented to support growth, such as talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, or cultural alignment. Describe how these initiatives support both short-term performance and long-term scalability.
- Implementation & Outcomes: Explain how the strategy was executed and embedded across the organisation. Provide measurable results that show the impact of HR’s role in driving business growth—, such as improved hiring metrics, staff retention, revenue per employee, or team productivity.
- Monitoring, Challenges & Long-Term Impact: Describe how progress and success are tracked (e.g., HR analytics, business KPIs, employee feedback). Share any key challenges faced during implementation and how they were addressed. Outline how the strategy will continue to evolve to support future growth.
