This award recognizes organisations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to developing and nurturing leadership talent. This award celebrates innovative approaches, impactful strategies, and tangible results in leadership development programs.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Program Design: Demonstrate the extent to which the leadership development program is well-structured, aligned with organisational goals, and tailored to meet the specific needs of participants.
  • Innovation: Provide evidence of innovative approaches, methodologies, or technologies used to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of the leadership development program.
  • Impact: Demonstrate impact of the leadership development program on the organisation, including improved leadership capabilities, organisational performance, and employee engagement.
  • Leadership Commitment: Provide evidence of senior leadership's involvement and commitment to the development of leadership talent within the organisation.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to adapt leadership development programs to meet changing organisational needs and challenges.
  • Supporting facts & statements: Include any other facts or statements that you feel are relevant to support your entry.
