Lidl Northern Ireland delivers second pay rise of 2026 with £756,000 workforce investment

Lidl Northern Ireland has announced a further £756,000 (€893,000) investment in employee pay, its second increase in 2026, bringing total pay investment to over £11 million (€13 Mn) since 2022. The increases are effective from 1 May 2026 across its 44-store network.
