Murray-Calloway County Hospital, a US-based healthcare provider located in Murray, Kentucky, has recognised its human resources professionals during Healthcare HR Week, which ran from 16th to 20th March 2026.
Murray Ledger & Times reported that the hospital said its HR team plays a vital role in supporting the people who make the organisation's mission possible each day. The team includes senior HR business partner Stephanie Jackson, director of human resources Kim Lindsey, safety manager and workers' compensation specialist Noah Salin, and senior HR business partner Jamie Kelley.
The hospital stated in a news release that from recruiting talented individuals and guiding new employees through the onboarding process, to providing ongoing support, training and resources for staff, the HR team's work helps create a positive and supportive workplace environment.
The organisation added that behind the scenes, human resources professionals help ensure that MCCH remains a place where employees feel valued, respected and empowered to provide exceptional care.
The hospital said the HR team's dedication to strengthening the workforce and fostering strong workplace culture directly supports the mission of caring for patients and the community.
