US tech firm creates 100 new jobs in Northern Ireland
Biller Genie, a Florida-based cloud accounts receivable platform provider, is set to establish a new office in Belfast, creating 100 roles over the next three years. The expansion reflects HR strategy priorities in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent development.
The company’s CEO, Thomas Aronica, said: “Northern Ireland stood out for its exceptional talent pool, world-class universities, and thriving tech community making it the perfect environment for innovation.” The firm’s services include automating bill presentment, online payments, follow-up, and reconciliation.
Twenty roles have already been filled, with upcoming positions targeting software architects, senior developers, engineering managers, and business analysts. The average salary for these roles is £65,000 supporting local workforce retention and attracting skilled professionals to Northern Ireland. Hybrid work options will be implemented to ensure accessibility and regional balance.
Economy Minister Caoimhe Archibald described the announcement as “a vote of confidence” in the workforce and thriving tech sector, emphasising the initiative’s importance for HR planning and regional talent development.
