Three Ireland appoints Chief People Officer and Chief Consumer Officer

Three Ireland has expanded its leadership team with two key executive hires, reinforcing its focus on HR management and consumer strategy. Sinéad Brennan joins as Chief People Officer (CPO), while Tom Kinsella takes on the role of Chief Consumer Officer (CCO).

Brennan will oversee all aspects of people, property, internal communications, and sustainability strategies. She is tasked with evolving Three’s people operating model, redesigning talent frameworks, and supporting enterprise agile adoption across the organisation. Her appointment signals a continued commitment to robust HR leadership and employee development practices.

Kinsella, as CCO, will manage Three’s consumer operations, shaping customer experience, driving shareholder value, and evolving the business to maintain competitive advantage. Together, the appointments reflect a refreshed leadership structure designed to integrate strategic HR management with customer-focused business growth.

Brennan brings extensive experience from Grant Thornton, where she led people and culture across multiple regions, supporting almost 3,000 employees. Previously, she served as CPO at the National Treasury Management Agency and holds a PhD and Masters in Business Studies from Dublin City University. Recognised by Odgers as one of Ireland’s most influential CHROs in 2024, she also serves as a non-executive Director at mental health charity Aware.

Kinsella joins from AIB, where he spent over 12 years in senior management roles, including Managing Director of the Homes division, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Customer Advocate. His background also includes global marketing leadership at Diageo.
