Rotana taps Fadi Batmani to lead HR strategy at Al Jaddaf complex

Rotana, a leading hotel management company headquartered in the UAE, has named Fadi Batmani as Director of Human Resources at the Al Jaddaf Rotana Complex in Dubai.

With over 11 years in the hospitality sector, Batmani brings extensive experience in HR leadership, talent development, and organisational culture. His appointment reinforces Rotana’s commitment to strengthening workforce engagement and delivering exceptional service standards.

Batmani began his career with Rotana in 2014 through the TAROT (The Accelerated Rotana Training) programme, a management trainee initiative designed to nurture future leaders.

Over the years, he has progressed through multiple HR roles across the Middle East, most recently serving as Cluster Human Resources Manager at Centro Capital, Sedra Arjaan, and Sedra Residences by Rotana in Doha. In these positions, he oversaw HR functions across several properties, implementing programmes that enhanced employee engagement, leadership development, and overall workplace culture.

In his new role, Batmani will drive HR initiatives aimed at aligning people strategy with organisational goals. He will focus on attracting and retaining top talent, fostering professional growth, and promoting a collaborative culture consistent with Rotana’s core values: Long-term, Innovative, Friendly, and Ethical (LIFE).

His leadership approach emphasises empowerment, workplace wellbeing, and continuous development, ensuring employees are equipped to meet the evolving demands of the hospitality sector.

Al Jaddaf Rotana Complex, featuring 318 rooms and suites, six meeting rooms, diverse dining options, and a Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club, relies on a highly skilled and engaged workforce to maintain its premium service standards.
