Industry NewsRippling opens expanded Dublin headquarters and announces 150 new roles as EMEA growth accelerates
US AI-native workforce management platform Rippling has officially opened its expanded Dublin headquarters at 1 Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, and announced 150 new roles across its Irish operation, bringing its total Irish headcount to more than 300 employees. The expansion is directly relevant to HR professionals and people management teams evaluating integrated workforce technology platforms as the Irish market for AI-driven HR solutions continues to grow.
TechBuzz Ireland reported that the new office will house teams across sales, finance, legal, compliance, implementation, customer support, marketing, and operations, with hiring expected to proceed consistently throughout the year.
Wendy Harris, VP of EMEA at Rippling, said: "Rippling gives businesses something they have never had before, a single AI-native system that connects HR, IT, and Finance, and puts that intelligence to work across their entire organisation." Harris added that EMEA is a primary growth driver for the company and that Dublin is where the team to win that market is being built.
Unlike point solutions that require businesses to stitch together disconnected tools, Rippling brings HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll into a single intelligence system built on a shared data layer, giving AI the full context needed to automate workflows, surface insights, and act across the entire employee lifecycle.
The opening was attended by Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment Peter Burke, who described the expansion as a strong vote of confidence in Ireland's talent base and its position as a leading hub for technology and innovation in Europe.
Michael Lohan, CEO of IDA Ireland, said the investment underscores Rippling's long-term commitment to Dublin and the depth of talent available to support its continued growth across EMEA.
