Kyndryl, a US-based IT services and consulting company, has announced a series of HR leadership changes following retirements and strategic rotations.

Maryjo Charbonnier, the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer, will retire on March 31 and continue as Executive Advisor through August.

Mark Paulek will succeed Charbonnier as Chief Human Resources Officer effective April 1. Paulek, who joined Kyndryl in 2022, has played a central role in designing and delivering the company’s human capital strategy. His global experience in high-growth technology organisations is expected to support Kyndryl’s ambitions to remain an employer of choice.

Doug Johnson will take over Paulek’s previous role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, partnering with the Group President organisation. Johnson brings extensive global HR experience from technology firms, including leadership in talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, and HR systems.

The company also announced wider strategic and operational changes. Kris Lovejoy has been named Global Head of Strategy, taking responsibility for integrated growth planning. Harsh Chugh assumes an expanded role as Global Head of Practices, Corporate Development and Administration, while Farhaz Thobani becomes Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing operations, real estate, and procurement.

Other key appointments include Michael Przytula as Global Practice Leader for Digital Workplace, Paul Savill as Global Practice Leader for Cyber Security and Resiliency, Network and Edge, and Brian Medeiros as President of Kyndryl Canada.

These moves are designed to strengthen organisational capability, integrate practices globally, and drive growth.
