Keensight Capital strengthens HR leadership to support global growth

Keensight Capital, a Paris-based private equity firm managing €6 billion in assets, has expanded its leadership team with two senior human resources appointments to underpin its ongoing growth across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Berengere Peter joins as Partner and Head of Human Resources, bringing more than 25 years of international experience in people strategy, organisational development, consulting, and in-house leadership roles. She will lead the HR function, driving initiatives that strengthen talent management, employee development, and retention across the firm’s expanding workforce. Halina Evans, who joined earlier as HR Director in London, has extensive senior HR experience within asset management and boutique financial services, complementing Peter’s mandate.

The firm has more than doubled its team over the past five years, now employing over 125 professionals. Paris and London remain the core hubs, housing nearly 70 and 50 staff respectively, supported by additional teams in Singapore and Boston. The HR appointments follow other leadership hires in Investor Relations and Capital Markets, reflecting Keensight’s strategic investment in operational teams that enable portfolio growth and global reach.
