Professor Conway is a Full Professor of HRM and Organisational Psychology at Dublin City University Business School, where she teaches and researches topics including:

• Strategic Human Resource Management
• Employee Engagement and Well-being
• Organisational Change and Transformation

Her work has been published in leading international journals and books, making her a recognised authority in the global HR community."Edel’s deep understanding of how people, culture, and strategy intersect makes her uniquely suited to lead the judging process for the 2025 awards," said the organising committee.

Before joining academia, Professor Conway worked as a HR consultant at Citi and as a researcher at London Business School.
