GoSales Solutions targets 100 hires as Irish sales firm scales nationwide

An Irish sales acquisition company is preparing to significantly expand its workforce, with 100 roles to be filled across Ireland over the next 12 months, presenting a live case study in rapid workforce scaling for HR practitioners and talent acquisition teams.

Offaly Live reported that GoSales Solutions, headquartered in Edenderry, Co. Offaly, is recruiting across a broad range of positions, including delivery van drivers, truck drivers, general operators, field sales staff, and commercial sales staff, with all roles available nationwide.

The company was founded two years ago by Dublin businessman James Kelly and currently employs 60 people, including sales representatives operating at locations across Ireland. The planned recruitment drive would bring total headcount to 160, representing a near-tripling of the existing workforce within a single year.

GoSales Solutions recently rebranded from its original name, GoSales Ireland, to reflect the expanding scope of its operations, which now serve customers across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. A UK office is also scheduled to open in October this year, adding a cross-border dimension to the company's growth trajectory.

The firm operates across six service areas: lead generation, HubSpot CRM, data intelligence, digital enablement, website development, and field sales, partnering with businesses to support their growth across both B2C and B2B markets.

Founder and CEO James Kelly said: "We have built a strong team at GoSales Solutions, which includes members of my family, and this has helped the company to expand to what it is today."

Kelly emphasised that cultural fit and reputational considerations are central to how the company approaches hiring at scale. He said: "It's important for us to protect the reputation of the companies that we partner with as we help them to grow across B2C and B2B markets so we are mindful of this during the hiring process for any role."

For HR teams, the GoSales expansion illustrates the operational complexity of high-volume recruitment across multiple job categories simultaneously. Managing candidate pipelines, onboarding processes, and compliance requirements across a geographically dispersed workforce requires structured HR infrastructure from the outset.

The forthcoming UK office will also require HR leads to account for differing employment law frameworks across Irish and British jurisdictions, including variations in contract terms, statutory entitlements, and right-to-work verification procedures.
