EffectiveHRM joins Impact HR Consulting group to strengthen SME support across South Wales

Cardiff-based HR consultancy EffectiveHRM has entered a strategic partnership with Impact HR Consulting Limited, joining the Impact HR group of companies while continuing to operate under its existing brand with its Cardiff team remaining central to delivery. The development is relevant to HR professionals and business owners tracking how specialist consultancies are consolidating to meet growing SME demand for expert people management support.

Business News Wales reported that EffectiveHRM, established in 2011 by employment lawyer Emma del Torto, has built a client base of more than 150 businesses across care, professional services, manufacturing, hospitality, and construction sectors.

The partnership will provide EffectiveHRM with additional resource, specialist expertise, and national reach, enabling it to broaden its offer while maintaining its relationship-led approach. Clients will benefit from enhanced capacity across HR advisory, compliance, and health and safety services.

Del Torto will remain with the business and join the wider Impact HR leadership team, with all existing employees continuing in their roles.
