Data Analytics Ventures appoints Kurt Silvano to lead people and culture

Gokongwei Group’s Data Analytics Ventures has named Kurt Silvano as Head of People and Culture, effective January 2026. 

Silvano said on LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of People & Culture at Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. | Go Rewards!”

Silvano joined Data Analytics Ventures in March 2025 as Acting HR Head, guiding people strategies during a period of transition and growth. 

Prior to this, he held multiple roles within JG Summit Holdings, including Culture, Engagement, and Communications Manager and Employee Experience & Engagement Officer. In these roles, Silvano led the group’s Purpose, Values, and Ambition awareness programmes, managed the Culture Council, and drove employer branding and engagement initiatives.

His HR leadership experience also includes serving as Head of HR at Senti AI for nearly two years and as an HR Employee Programs expert at Globe Telecom, focusing on employee engagement and internal programmes.

Silvano holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges and multiple certifications in performance management, employee engagement, HR strategy, work culture management, and leadership development. He has also completed the Certified Human Resource Professional programme from The International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM) Philippines.

His appointment underscores Data Analytics Ventures’ commitment to a values-driven culture as it scales data and analytics capabilities across the Go Rewards ecosystem.

The company plans to leverage Silvano’s experience to strengthen HR strategy, enhance employee experience, and build structured people systems across its operations.
