Australian analytics firm ExeQution Analytics creates 23 hybrid roles in Belfast as European hub opens

Australian-founded specialist trading analytics consultancy ExeQution Analytics is establishing its European delivery hub in Belfast, creating 23 hybrid roles over the next two years and citing Northern Ireland's analytical talent pool as the primary driver behind its location decision. The announcement is relevant to HR and talent professionals tracking hybrid workforce models and international employer investment in the region.

MSN reported that the roles on offer include senior and junior analytic consultants and business operations officers, with many posts structured around hybrid working arrangements. The company, founded in Sydney in 2021, currently employs 20 full-time staff across Sydney and London and provides advisory and implementation consultancy to financial organisations seeking to better understand their data and market environments.

Cat Turley, chief executive of ExeQution Analytics, said: "Having seen the high level of analytical expertise in Northern Ireland first hand, I knew this was the ideal location for our expansion." Turley added that Northern Ireland provides access to a highly skilled workforce with the expertise needed to serve clients in financial hubs across the world.

The company selected Belfast ahead of other potential investment locations, including Dublin, following facilitated engagement with the region coordinated by Invest NI's team in Australia.

Kieran Donoghue, chief executive at Invest NI, said: "ExeQution Analytics' decision to establish a presence here highlights Northern Ireland's standing as a premier destination for data analytics and professional services." Donoghue added that the hybrid nature of the roles will ensure accessibility for professionals across Northern Ireland, supporting inclusive economic growth.

Invest NI provided advice on business setup, facilitated an inward visit to introduce the company to the region and key stakeholders, and offered support towards the creation of the new positions.
