Offaly-founded human capital solutions company Allpro People Group has acquired Eos Talent, a specialist HR recruitment and talent advisory consultancy, and announced plans to create 30 new jobs across the wider group over the next three years as it scales operations across Ireland and the Middle East.
Midlands 103 reported that Eos Talent becomes the latest business to join the Allpro People Group, which already comprises Allpro Recruitment, Zylo Talent, Carter Finch, Accom Assist, and HRconsultants.ie. The group was founded in Tullamore by Blueball native David Gleeson.
Gareth Fleming, CEO of Allpro People Group, said the acquisition strengthens the group's position in a growing area of the market. He said: "We will only bring value-add businesses into Allpro People Group, and Eos Talent is a clear example of that. Emma Anglim has been one of the top HR recruiters in the country for the past decade and has built an exceptional brand with Eos Talent. Emma is also an advisor to the HR community in Ireland and abroad, which makes this acquisition strategically important for us. As demand grows for HR talent at every level, including fractional HR managers and senior people leaders, Eos Talent gives the group a stronger specialist platform in a critical area of the market."
Emma Anglim, founder and managing director of Eos Talent, said the move positions the business to meet growing client demand without compromising its specialist approach. She said: "Eos Talent has always been focused on quality, delivery and long-term partnerships. Joining Allpro People Group allows us to continue that work with greater scale and support, while maintaining the specialist, human-centred approach our clients and candidates expect. HR is no longer a back-office function. It is central to growth, transformation, culture, retention and business performance. Organisations need access to exceptional HR professionals, and this move positions us to support that demand more effectively across Ireland and internationally."
Eos Talent works with organisations across HR leadership appointments, permanent HR recruitment, interim and project-based HR talent, confidential searches, and talent advisory services.
For HR practitioners and talent acquisition decision-makers, the Allpro expansion reflects a broader consolidation trend among Irish human capital businesses: the aggregation of specialist recruitment, advisory, and interim capability under a single group structure.
