Brenda Dooley is a highly experienced HR consultant and executive coach, with a strong senior corporate HR background.  She has a reputation for delivery and has built an extensive client base across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.  Specialising in employee engagement and leadership development Brenda works collaboratively with clients to develop strategic approaches to these key business drivers.  Brenda also has a special interest in unconscious bias and the impact on organisational decision making around people issues, a topic on which she regularly writes and presents.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Brenda holds a first class honours Masters’ degree in HRM, and has post graduate qualifications in Psychology and in Advanced Business and Executive Coaching.   She is a member of the Association for Coaching and of the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches.  Brenda also has extensive experience in the charity sector where she has held a number of non-executive director positions.
