Michelle has over 20 years of Human Resource Management experience across industries such as Property, Services, Aviation, Pharmacy and Retail.

In January 2023, she set up her own HR Consultancy, Ryan HRS Ltd, where she brings her energetic and pragmatic approach to delivering results for clients and in particular supporting them in driving employee effectiveness and company performance.

Michelle’s particular areas of strength are strategy, employer branding, performance management, employee engagement, policy development, change management, employee relations, independent workplace investigations and appeals, and mediation. She has also taught on the CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice course.

She led her previous organization to being recognized as one of Irelands Best Workplaces through Great Place to Work and awarded Best Workplace in Ireland by Retail Excellence Ireland in 2022.

She has a BSc in HR Management, a Diploma in Employment Law and is a trained Mediator.
