Jan's career extends to 30+ years in banking, 7.5 years in Big 4 and 1.5 years with her current employer, Mason Hayes & Curran.  Almost 30 years have been spent in HR with over 20 years in senior HR leadership roles including Divisional Head of HR roles in AIB, HR Director Ireland in EY and now Director of HR in Mason Hayes & Curran, one of Ireland's Top 5 law firms.  She has proudly led her teams to win many awards over that time including multiple Gold, Silver and Bronze awards @GradIreland, Business & Finance and 2 CIPD top awards for Recruitment and for Diversity.  She is especially honoured to work with the Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities over the last number of years and also, more recently, with St John of God on their placement and employment programmes.
