Gayatheri is a creative business partner who uses cutting-edge tools and emerging technology to streamline HR processes and frameworks, elevate service delivery, and creates a sustainable talent management eco-system for long-term growth and cost optimisation. She uses influential leadership to achieve greater performance targets in high-demand, complex institutions with frequently changing cultures.
